Senior Regional Sales Manager
Key Account Executive – PPS Power (UK & Ireland)
About the Role
Drive comprehensive sales strategy for the PPS Power product lines across the UK and Ireland, leading revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion in key B2B and wholesale channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to achieve UK & Ireland revenue, profitability, and market share targets for PPS Power products.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with executive stakeholders at:
- Major retailers
- Distributors
- Strategic partners across Europe
- Identify high-potential expansion opportunities—both within existing accounts and in new prospect egineering discovery—to drive market penetration.
- Own annual account planning and budgeting, including:
- Setting sales targets and commercial forecasts
- Tracking performance vs. goals
- Conduct periodic business reviews with accounts to:
- Analyze sell-through, inventory levels, and promotional performance
- Assess profitability trends
- Develop actionable plans to optimize performance and identify new commercial levers
- Collaborate with internal teams to align and execute flawless strategy:
- Regional Go-To-Market
- Sales Operations
- Product Marketing
- Supply Chain
- Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and customer insights to:
- Shape data-driven sales tactics
- Inform product and marketing strategy via strategic roadmaps

Requirements
Essential Experience
- 5+ years in B2B sales, business development, or key account management, preferably in:
- Consumer electronics
- Portable Power
- Home energy
- DIY/industrial hardware sectors
- UK market experience is mandatory, or equivalent European commercial experience
Proven Track Record
- History of exceeding sales targets in large-scale B2B environments
- Experience in negotiating highly complex agreements with strategic partners
