As we continue expanding our operations across the UK, USA, Europe, India, GCC, and Rest of the World (ROW), we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Officer to join our growing team.
Role Overview
As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Officer, you will support the regulatory team in ensuring cosmetic and regulated consumer products comply with local, national, and international regulations. You will play a key role in product compliance, documentation, ingredient review, and regulatory support throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support regulatory compliance activities for cosmetic and regulated products across multiple markets.
- Monitor and stay updated on changes in regulatory legislation, industry standards, and guidance documents.
- Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory documentation and technical files.
- Review product labels, packaging, and marketing materials to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including ingredient listings, warnings, and usage instructions.
- Support product registrations and notifications with relevant regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, quality, and legal teams to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Respond to customer, distributor, and stakeholder queries related to product compliance and safety.
- Assist with quality assurance activities to ensure products meet both regulatory and internal company standards.
- Support compliance activities for international markets including the UK, EU, USA, and GCC regions.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Strong understanding of cosmetic regulations and guidelines such as UK/EU Cosmetics Regulation, FDA requirements, or equivalent international frameworks.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the cosmetics or regulated consumer products industry.
- Familiarity with UK, EU, USA, and GCC cosmetic regulations.
- Experience with regulatory documentation, product notifications, and compliance management systems.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis tools.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.

- Hybrid working model based in the UK.
