Salary: Up to £120,000
Location: London, 4 days per week. 1 from home.


We're working with a high-growth payments fintech on a newly created role. This Compliance Officer hire will support their continued expansion across Europe whilst they gear up for Series D funding.

The Role:

  • Product Compliance Advisory: Embedding regulatory requirements into new products from design through to launch.
  • International Expansion: Advising on regulatory and licensing requirements across new markets.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Managing filings and communications with regulators.
  • Policies & Controls: Enhancing frameworks, identifying gaps and driving improvements.
  • Regulatory Change: Interpreting and implementing new regulatory developments.

  • Experience working for a scaling EMI, having supported their license application.
  • Strong knowledge of UK/EU regulation, specifically PSD2.
  • Experience partnering with business functions on product and regulatory matters.
  • Process improvement mindset and business-enabler.
