Company Overview
Computershare’s Issuer Services (CIS) division supports corporate clients and shareholders globally. The Investor Engagement business unit combines expertise in proxy advisory (Georgeson), investor intelligence (CMi2i), and Investor Relations (IR) CRM technology (ingage platforms).
This role sits within the Investor Relations team, responsible for helping corporate issuers leverage platform insights via the ingage CRM. You’ll manage client onboarding, IT integration, user training, and deliver security-compliant (ISO 27001 & 27701) support. Focused on building long-term client relationships that drive platform value, this position aligns with our proactive growth-oriented strategy.
About the Role
This is an office-based senior role for a dynamic Relationship Manager passionate about client-facing financial services. You’ll support issuers in optimising the ingage IR platform—a subscription-based CRM suite tailored for IR professionals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build trusted partnerships across IR teams (users through C-suite).
- Conduct platform demos, facilitate client onboarding, and drive platform adoption.
- Ensure positive client experiences with proactive support that exceeds expectations.
2. Product Expertise & Support
- Become a product specialist and lead training initiatives.
- Pitch new features within the ingage suite confidently.
- Provide reactive and proactive support (both functional and troubleshooting).
3. Technical Implementation
- Collaborate with client IT teams on platform setup & data migration.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 (security) & 27701 (privacy) standards.
4. Commercial Growth
- Cross-sell Investor Engagement solutions to expand client usage.
- Identify new opportunities for increasing client value and platform integration.
- Support business development efforts in the IR market.
5. Market Awareness & Collaboration
- Stay informed on tech advancements and IR trends.
- Represent Computershare at financial IR industry events and conferences.
6. Flexibility & Responsiveness
- Travel as required (including ad-hoc international visits for client meetings).
- Maintain availability for time-sensitive client requests, including occasional out-of-hours support.
Requirements & Experience
Core Skills & Traits:
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building instincts, ideally within financial services or investor relations.
- Understanding of IR challenges with credibility to engage at senior director/manager level.
- Willingness to learn and share expertise in software platforms, team collaboration, and IR processes.

Preferred Experience:
- Direct exposure to IR software tools, particularly in CRM or investor data analytics.
- Experience in stakeholder management across multisector clients or diverse IT environments.
- Comfort navigating regulatory pressures in finite services and compliance support.
