The Role

We’re seeking a high-performing Senior Relationship Manager to join our growing team in London. You will play a fundamental role in cultivating TradingHub’s relationships with our customers and be a subject matter and product expert. Acting in a consultative capacity to solve customer-specific business problems, you'll develop a deep understanding of their requirements, increase our engagement across different business lines, and drive the adoption of our product suite.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as a brand ambassador for TradingHub and foster a visible, positive industry presence
  • Establish deep partnerships with key decision-makers, as well as maintaining existing ones
  • Work cross-functionally to prepare customer pitches and demos so that the selling process is informed and bespoke
  • Ensure customers benefit from the wealth of internal resources available to them, including regulatory insight and the knowledge we’ve gained through delivering solutions to their peers
  • Identify customer-driven product development in areas where TradingHub is best positioned to deliver further best-in-class services
  • Work with marketing to participate and contribute to targeted events such as RegHub
  • Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle from picking up leads to closing deals
  • Grow our revenue base and expand our customer reach

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of financial markets, preferably fixed income or derivatives
  • Background in selling/trading/structuring complex financial products
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar accounts and delivering against revenue targets
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships with customers
  • Clear communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts and build consensus across diverse audiences
  • Self-starter who is resilient and has a hunger to succeed
  • Strong commercial mindset and curiosity for how technical solutions deliver measurable value
  • Familiarity with trade surveillance and market abuse regulations desirable
