The Role: Senior Relationship Manager
Location: Wimbledon
You’ll join our dynamic Lettings Management Team on a fixed-term contract (6 months). Your mission? Ensure properties meet legal and contractual obligations while delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve first-level complaints without escalation
- Monitor property performance and report progress to your line manager
- Oversee safety inspections, maintenance requests and contractor appointments
- Conduct property visits to verify compliance with contractual obligations
- Manage deposit returns, insurance claims and uphold legal compliance
- Support colleagues and drive cross-departmental collaboration for exemplary service

Requirements
- Proven track record in residential property management
- Experience managing third-party contractors and resolving complaints
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with IT systems, including CRM platforms
- Client-focused mindset with a passion for excellence
Desirable (but not essential):
- ARLA qualification
