What you'll do
Our sustainable energy team finance sustainable infrastructure projects and are responsible for the end-to-end experience for our customers. You will play a leading role in growing Novuna's sustainable energy and green infrastructure lending, originating and leading transactions to completion, including writing credit papers to a high standard. You will support with the design and then implement the team's strategy and will play an active part in developing the more junior members of the team.

- Support the Head of Sustainable Energy by providing expertise on sustainable energy and green infrastructure lending
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of customers
- Provide specialist input and support into the development of the team's sustainable energy and green infrastructure strategy and policy documents
- Proactively manage all transactions from credit assessment through to completion
What you'll bring?
You will be a commercially minded Senior Relationship Manager with a passion for sustainability and the desire to help shape and grow our sustainable energy and green infrastructure lending. You will have the perfect combination of strong leadership and technical skill sets and strive to provide a 1st class service to your customers.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have
- Renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure project and / or development finance lending and investment experience gained in a lending, portfolio management or underwriting role with a principal lender
- Proven track record of relationship management, business origination and completing transactions in a commercial lending or investment (or very similar) sustainable infrastructure environment
- Good knowledge of Project Finance documentation
- Strong Excel skills and significant experience of working with Financial Models
