Senior Renewals Manager

As Senior Renewals Manager at Dataiku, you will play a critical role in ensuring the long-term success of our customers by engaging with them to secure on-time renewals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

As an integral member of this newly-formed go-to-market team, you will collaborate with colleagues across the broader revenue, operations, and customer organisations to maximise the value our platform delivers.

This cross-functional role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing SaaS organisation while helping shape our renewal strategy and best practices.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Maximise Retention Rate, Net New Annual Recurring Revenue (NNARR), and On-Time Renewal (OTR) through effective renewal management.
  • Drive strong engagement in the 180-day renewal framework to ensure seamless customer retention.
  • Analyse customer renewal data to develop retention, uplift, mitigation, and expansion strategies.
  • Partner with revenue and customer teams to proactively address risks and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support at-risk customers through mitigation planning and customer success initiatives.
  • Lead contract renewal negotiations to achieve successful, timely closures.
  • Evaluate license usage and ensure true-up requirements are accurately processed.
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts on renewals and associated risks.
  • Contribute to renewal process improvements, helping refine policies, workflows, and tools for scalability.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS renewals, account management, or a related field.
  • Background in commercial negotiations and account management.
  • Proficiency in revenue technologies, including ability to manage your own book of business.
  • Strong customer-first mindset, with a proactive approach to mitigating risks and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Ability to navigate SaaS contracting discussions and renewal workflows with confidence.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities, remain adaptable, and work effectively under pressure.
  • IMPORTANT: Experience managing customers in Central Europe and MEA.

What you’ll need to stand out

  • A data-driven approach to renewals, leveraging analytics to drive retention and expansion strategies.
  • Functional expertise in key business areas such as FP&A or Supply Chain is a plus.
  • A natural ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, working seamlessly with Sales, CS, and Operations teams.
  • A strong understanding of subscription-based business models and best practices in renewals management.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment, demonstrating agility and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
