This is an opportunity to join a strategic, insight-led healthcare research consultancy known for delivering innovative, bespoke research that genuinely shapes pharmaceutical and biotech decision-making.

Working across global markets, the agency blends rigorous research with creative storytelling, supported by an in-house design team that helps bring insights to life through visuals, narratives, and high-impact presentations.

The team is collaborative, ambitious, and growing, offering early responsibility, exposure to senior stakeholders, and strong professional development.

The Role

As a Senior Research Executive, you’ll be a key part of the healthcare team, involved in both qualitative and quantitative projects from start to finish. You’ll collaborate with senior team members.

  • Managing elements of qualitative and quantitative research projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Contributing to proposal writing, project management, questionnaire/discussion guide design, analysis, and client-ready deliverables.
  • Translating complex data into actionable insights and compelling visual stories.
  • Working with internal design specialists to produce impactful reports and presentations.
  • Collaborating across teams and geographies to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Supporting client communications and, where appropriate, presenting findings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
