Experience
- 4+ years in quantitative market research, with a track record of successfully leading end-to-end research projects that deliver commercially impactful insights
- Mastery of complex dataset analysis, applying robust analytical thinking to uncover actionable stories with precision and accuracy
- Deep understanding of quantitative research methodologies and statistical techniques, confidently selecting and deploying the most appropriate approaches
- Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and concrete business outcomes for clients
- Extensive experience delivering high-impact presentations to senior stakeholders, commanding credibility and commercial acumen
- Reliable project leader, managing multiple studies simultaneously while ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction
- Responsibility for quality assurance and analytical oversight, ensuring outputs are robust, accurate, and insight-driven
- Previous line management experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing junior researchers within a collaborative, high-performance team
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools: Q, SPSS, Displayr, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
- Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows to streamline research quality, efficiency, and impact
- Brand tracking and concept testing: Proven success implementing these studies to support brand and marketing decisions, influencing senior decision-makers
