Senior Manager - Mixed Methods – Strategic Communications Consultancy
Central London
£70 - 85,000 + bonus & benefits
Our client is a global strategic communications consultancy trusted by business leaders, politicians, and major corporations at the highest levels. They advise some of the world's most influential leaders on their most pressing challenges.
The research team add insight and strategic thinking that helps to build powerful communications campaigns that move the dial on policy, strategy, and public opinion.
They are now looking for a talented, mixed-methods researcher who can lead complex projects across multiple continents to join their small, ambitious, and growing team.

The Role
- Lead multi-method projects from start to finish, often juggling several simultaneously across different jurisdictions.
- Be responsible for building relationships with clients, contributing to proposals/pitches, and mentoring the team around you.
- This role isn’t just about execution; it’s about shaping strategy and delivering actionable insight that clients can act on with confidence.
About You
- Comfortable working across both quantitative (essential) and qualitative methodologies.
- Curious, well-read, and plugged into what's happening in the world — politically, commercially, and culturally.
- Confident working with senior clients and translating nuanced findings into strategic recommendations.
- Experience of using tools such as Q and R would be highly appreciated, as would an interest in helping to bring AI into the workflow.
