  • Excellent communicator, able to translate complex findings into compelling stories, clear recommendations and engaging client presentations.
  • Confident presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player and people leader who can coach, develop and motivate junior team members while maintaining high standards of delivery.
  • Curious and forward-thinking, with enthusiasm for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve research quality, efficiency and impact.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create polished, impactful client-ready deliverables.

Experience

  • 4+ years' experience in quantitative market research, with a proven track record of leading end-to-end research projects and delivering commercially impactful insights.
  • Demonstrated expertise in analysing large and complex datasets, applying robust analytical thinking and uncovering actionable stories with precision and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of quantitative research methodologies and statistical techniques, with confidence selecting and applying the most appropriate analytical approaches.
  • Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and practical business outcomes for clients.
  • Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior clients and stakeholders with confidence, credibility and commercial understanding.
  • A trusted and dependable project lead, capable of managing multiple studies simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality standards and client satisfaction.
  • Experience providing quality assurance and analytical oversight, ensuring outputs are robust, accurate and insight-led.
  • Previous line management experience, with a track record of coaching, mentoring and developing junior researchers while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Q, SPSS, Displayr, Excel, Tableau, Power BI or similar.
  • Confident integrating AI tools into day-to-day research workflows to enhance efficiency, analytical capability and output quality.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience completing brand tracking and concept testing studies to support brand and marketing decisions, with the ability to influence senior decision makers in these fields.
