JOB TITLE: Senior Research Manager (Education)
SALARY: Up to £50k
LOCATION: London – 2/3 days a week in the office

Key Responsibilities
- Mixed methods project design – Develop questionnaires, oversee specifications, and analyse data.
- Report writing & insight delivery – Produce reports and present findings to clients clearly in creative and impactful ways.
- CATI project leadership – Oversee large-scale phone surveys with expertise in:
- Advanced weighting
- Sampling strategies
- Ensuring high-quality delivery
- Team leadership – Supervise colleagues, review their work, act as a client contact, and mentor colleagues.
- Collaboration & training – Foster a flexible, high-performing team while providing ongoing support.

Skills & Experience
- Project & client management expertise – Proven ability to delegate effectively and drive efficient team workflows.
- Social/public sector background – In-depth understanding of sector-specific challenges and policy priorities.
- People management – Skilled in supervising junior researchers, guiding their development, and assessing performance.
- Passion for applying mixed methods to real-world policy and public sector issues.
