Purpose of the Position
To lead research programs, drive client relationships, and innovate within our AI-powered platform, ensuring brands receive real-time, hyper-personalised insights that fuel growth.
Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Day-to-day account stewardship of large, high-value clients
- Deliver projects against annual research programs, with KPI-driven accountability
- Monitor account health, conduct regular client meetings, and drive retention & growth strategies
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success & Bounce leadership to strengthen client partnerships
Research & Product Expertise
- Daily execution on the Bounce platform & proprietary tech for client projects
- Feature testing & feedback for product development, acting as a bridge between clients and engineering
- Research design expertise—building robust surveys, scripting, sampling frameworks, quota allocation, and data delivery pipelines
- Lead project planning (scoping, methodologies, deliverables) and insight preparation for executive-level presentations

Insights & Strategic Impact
- Translate complex business questions into actionable research plans on the Bounce platform
- Deliver ** 아버지가요, impactful presentations** translating raw data into strategic insights for global brands
- Real-time adaptation of recommendations based on client feedback & evolving business needs
Collaboration & Scaling
- Work closely across Product, Operations, Billing, Marketing & Customer Success to align research with business goals
- Ensure superior client experiences by balancing speed of insights with depth of insights in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Core Criteria
- 8+ years of experience in:
- Market research agencies or brand-side research roles (non-negotiable)
- Proven track record in client relationship management—trust-building with enterprise-level accounts
- Project & workflow mastery—handling highly complex, fast-developing studies with precision
- Tech-savviness: Natural curiosity about AI & digital tools, willingness to upskill in cutting-edge research platforms
- Adaptability & growth mindset: Ability to learn rapidly in a high-growth startup environment
Leadership & Technical Skills
✔ Project leadership—from scoping to final report, including:
- Survey design & scripting
- Deliverable definition
- Business case development
- Clarity & credibility in presenting insights
✔ Vetted expertise with:
- Global research execution (multi-regional teams, complex quotas)
- Enterprise SaaS environments (ideally, Res-Tech MRRR industry experience)
- Client partnership management—proven ability to deeply understand brand strategy
