Senior Residential Support Worker
About the Role
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will support young people across various aspects of daily life within our homes, including:
- Helping young people continue with hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and learning new skills
- Supporting young people to fulfil their potential and access unique opportunities
You will also be responsible for:
- Conducting supervisions for staff members
- Managing the home effectively in the absence of the Deputy or Manager
- Leading shifts, directing and supporting colleagues
- Ensuring health and safety processes are implemented and monitored, including managing risk assessments
- Supporting the induction of new colleagues
- Overseeing safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
