Your Daily Impact
As a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker, you’ll lead with purpose:
- Mentor, coach, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding care
- Act as the problem-solver, motivator, and role model for the children in your care
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create personalised, child-centric care plans
- Get hands-on: Support with homework, outdoor activities, and build reliable, meaningful relationships
What We’re Looking For in a Game-Changer
- Qualifications: Hold a Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce
- Experience: Proven track record of working in residential care or similar settings, with skills to manage challenging behaviours
- Passion: Brings energy, resilience, and a proactive approach to inspire growth—which you’ll pass on to the team
