As a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker and shift lead, you’ll be the difference-maker—here’s how:

🔍 What We’re Looking For

📚 Qualifications

  • Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
  • Strong safeguarding knowledge and commitment to child protection.

💪 Experience

  • Proven experience in residential childcare or similar settings.
  • Expertise in managing challenging behaviours, fostering resilience, and supporting vulnerable young people.
