📚 Qualifications
- Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
- Strong safeguarding knowledge and commitment to child protection.
💪 Experience
- Proven experience in residential childcare or similar settings.
- Expertise in managing challenging behaviours, fostering resilience, and supporting vulnerable young people.
