Your Day to Day
- Lead from the front! As the shift lead, you’ll mentor, coach, and inspire your team to bring their A-game.
- Be the problem-solver, the motivator, and the role model for the children in your care.
- Forge deep connections with our multi-disciplinary teams to craft unique, child-centric care plans.
- Get hands-on: whether it’s helping with homework, exploring the outdoors, or just being the steady presence they can rely on, you’ll make every day count.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: You’ve achieved your Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
Experience: You’ve worked with children in residential care or similar settings and know how to navigate challenging behaviours like a pro.
