Your Day to Day: Lead with Purpose

As a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker, you’ll be more than just an employee – you’ll be a mentor, motivator, and inspirational leader who empowers both children and colleagues to thrive.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who brings skilled expertise, passion, and resilience to our team.

Qualifications & Experience

✔ Completed the Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce ✔ Proven experience working in residential childcare or similar settings ✔ Strong ability to navigate challenging behaviours with patience and expertise
