Senior Residential Property Lawyer / Partner £75,000 - £120,000+ DOE Bristol with flexibility

This is an opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join a highly regarded firm with an outstanding reputation, an established client base, and exciting growth plans already underway.

The firm is investing heavily in its future and is looking to appoint a senior residential property specialist who can become a key part of the next phase of growth.
This role will suit a Senior Associate ready to step into Partnership, a Legal Director looking for a clearer route to the top, or an existing Partner seeking a more entrepreneurial platform with genuine opportunity to make an impact. They will also consider a Senior Partners, or an entire team.

You will step into an environment geared growth, and given a platform to take advantage of. Primarily advising high-net-worth individuals, investors, landowners, and affluent private clients on a broad range of residential property matters.
The work is relationship-led rather than volume-driven, making it ideal for someone who enjoys developing long-term one-to-one relationships with clients and acting as a trusted adviser throughout their property affairs.
What you'll be doing
You'll advise on a broad range of high-value residential property transactions for high-net-worth individuals, landowners, investors, and affluent clients across the South West and London. The work is varied, high-quality, and often complex, with plenty of opportunity to become a key figure within the wider property practice.

Alongside handling a busy caseload, you'll have the chance to play a meaningful role in strengthening client relationships, raising the profile of the team, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
What you'll need
Strong experience handling high-value residential property transactions Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and relationship-led private client work A commercial and client-focused approach Senior-level experience, ideally at Senior Associate level or above Ambition to progress into Partnership, or existing Partnership experience Strong relationship-building and networking skills A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
