Senior Residential Property Lawyer
£70,000–£85,000 + Excellent Benefits
Central London
A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Senior Residential Property Lawyer to join its established London team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property lawyer looking to work on high-quality matters, develop their career, and join a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will run a caseload of varied residential property matters, handling matters from instruction through to completion. The work will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other residential property transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential property caseload independently.
- Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Liaising with agents, lenders, developers, and third parties.
- Delivering excellent client service and maintaining strong relationships.
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider property team.

- Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential property.
- Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and independently.
