An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join one of East Kent's largest and most established law firms.

The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload and play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to clients across a wide range of property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Handling a broad range of residential property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Remortgages
- Lease extensions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other professional contacts.
- Providing practical and commercially focused legal advice.
- Contributing to the continued success and growth of the department.
- Working collaboratively within a supportive and experienced team environment.

About You
The successful candidate will:
- Be a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced unqualified Conveyancer.
- Have proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across a range of residential property matters.
