The firm
Our client is a long-established London practice with a residential conveyancing department that's going from strength to strength. The work is varied, the client base is loyal, and the pipeline is full — which is exactly why they need someone like you.
The role
You'd be joining at Senior Solicitor level, walking straight into a full and varied caseload from day one. No hunting for work — just quality files ready for a safe pair of hands.
You'll handle the full spectrum of residential transactions, including:
- Sales and purchases — investments, new builds, buy-to-let, probate and auction
- Joint ownership, transfers of equity, partition and matrimonial transfers
- Freehold, leasehold and commonhold matters
- Lease extensions and enfranchisement (acting for both tenants and landlords)
- Re-financing and re-mortgaging
- SDLT and HM Land Registry applications

What you’ll need
- 7+ PQE Residential Property Solicitor.
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
- Experience in residential property, running a caseload with minimal supervision.
