Our Children's Home in West Kilbride is Looking for a Senior Support Worker
We are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and passionate people to become an integral part of this service.
In this role, you will assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our services. Fundamental to your role will be the engagement in, and management of, each child’s plan and ensuring these plans are managed with the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Requirements
The successful candidate must hold an SVQ3 qualification for this role in Children and Young People (or equivalent) and be prepared to work towards their SVQ4 within the allotted time frame set out by SSSC.
Please note - due to the location of this home and nature of the role, candidates MUST have a full UK driving licence as you are required to transport our young people to external locations.
