Senior Resourcer

Birmingham or fully remote

To £36,000 basic

25% of all margin, uncapped, no threshold

This is a rare chance to take ownership of live, established contract accounts from day one. No business development, no waiting for the phone to ring. The requirements are already coming in thick and fast, and the business needs a resourcer with the engine to deliver on them.

The Business

An independent recruitment company supplying technology contractors to major international consultancies across the UK and Europe. The client relationships are warm, commercially embedded and actively feeding requirements. The business is profitable, well-funded and ready to grow.

The Role

You will own the delivery side of the desk, resourcing contract requirements across the UK, and Europe. Recent live roles include software developers, cloud architects and technology contractors working with household-name end clients across banking, automotive and technology.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • High-volume contract resourcing, primarily via LinkedIn Recruiter, with a Bullhorn CRM in place.
  • Managing candidates across multiple geographies, contract set-ups and umbrella arrangements.
  • Building relationships with established points of contact inside the consultancy accounts, with a view to taking full ownership of delivery over time.

Working hours broadly 9am to 6pm, to align with Central European clients, with genuine day-to-day flexibility around school runs and family life.

Who This Suits

This desk is busy, fast paced and at times relentless, and it rewards people who thrive on exactly that. You will need:

  • Proven experience in high-volume contract recruitment, ideally across multiple European markets or into large consultancy accounts.
  • A strong, self-motivated work ethic and the resilience to keep delivering week in, week out.
  • The ability to think on your feet across different geographies, compliance set-ups and candidate types.
  • A genuine hunger to earn, because the commission scheme is built for exactly that.
