We’re looking for two experienced hospitality professionals to join our front-of-house leadership team as Senior Restaurant Supervisor & Restaurant Supervisor.

These are hands-on roles in a premium dining environment, leading from the floor and supporting the delivery of exceptional guest experiences across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, private dining and events — all within a truly unique conservation setting.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (set straight 8-hour shifts between 07.30-22.00, worked either Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs)
