🚀 Senior Brand & Environmental Designer
📍 London | Hybrid
💰 £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior Brand Designer who loves seeing brands come to life in physical spaces to join an ambitious and growing independent creative studio.
This is a particularly exciting role for a designer who enjoys working at the intersection of brand identity, strategy and the built environment, creating distinctive brand experiences that move seamlessly from digital touchpoints into real-world spaces.
You'll play a key role in shaping and growing the studio's brand offering, with genuine creative ownership and the opportunity to influence how brand and environmental design come together across retail, hospitality and consumer experiences.
What you'll be doing...
- Creating strategically driven brand identities from initial thinking through to final execution
- Developing complete brand worlds that translate seamlessly across digital and physical environments
- Collaborating closely with interior and spatial designers on signage, wayfinding, environmental graphics and branded spaces
- Exploring how brand ideas translate into real-world materials, print and physical applications
- Leading workshops, presenting concepts and confidently articulating the thinking behind your ideas to senior clients
- Working closely with studio leadership to develop the brand offering and contribute to new business opportunities
- Remaining hands-on creatively while setting high standards across projects
- Supporting and mentoring designers and freelance collaborators where appropriate
- Helping shape processes and establish a strong creative benchmark as the studio continues to grow

What they're looking for...
- Extensive experience in brand design, ideally gained within leading creative agencies or independent studios
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating deep conceptual thinking and complete end-to-end brand identities
- Strong evidence of brands extending beyond traditional identity work into physical spaces and environments
- Experience across environmental graphics, signage, wayfinding or spatial brand applications
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the confidence to build trust with senior clients
- A strategic mindset and the ability to uncover compelling creative ideas from client and audience insight
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with Figma experience highly advantageous
- A self-starter who is excited by the opportunity to help build and shape a growing creative capability
- Experience reading architectural floor plans, elevations or sections would be a bonus, but isn't essential
