Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Retail Logistics Manager to join the Uber Direct team in the UK. This role is focused on managing our logistics partners and ensuring they are set up for success, performing at a high level, and evolving with the needs of the business.
Sitting at the intersection of account management, operations, and strategy, you will own key partner relationships while driving initiatives that improve performance, unlock growth, and support the continued scaling of our network. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across both commercial and operational domains.

What You'll Do
- Own and develop relationships with key enterprise partners, acting as a trusted point of contact and strategic advisor
- Harden and scale our existing logistics network to meet growing UK demand
- Monitor partner performance, identifying opportunities to improve service quality, reliability, and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (commercial, operations, product) to deliver cohesive partner solutions
- Support the onboarding and development of new partners, ensuring strong foundations for long-term success
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making, track progress, and guide performance conversations
- Contribute to broader strategic initiatives that enhance how we work with and support our partner ecosystem
What You'll Need
- 5-7+ years of experience in account management, partner management, or operations within logistics, e-commerce, or delivery-focused environments. Logistics experience is a must.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Commercial mindset with a track record of driving partner performance and growth
- Analytical approach, with confidence using data to support decisions and identify opportunities
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
