As part of our commitment to provide exceptional customer service and flexibility for our customers, you’ll enjoy a varied shift pattern each week including, weekends, bank holidays and evenings.

About The Job

  • Lead by example and role model our company values to inspire and coach your team whilst embracing change and rising to the demands that this role brings
  • Support and develop your team to be proactive in resolving questions or complaints. If things go off track, you’ll be confident to step in and take ownership
  • Drive footfall and customer retention through strategic thinking to spot opportunities with a clear commercial plan to grow our business
  • As technology advances so does TUI, you’ll work with a variety of systems empowering you to exceed performance goals and enhance our customers’ digital journey
  • Effectively inspire your team to exceed company sales and service goals, in Retail we call it ‘Smashing your Targets’
  • Recruit and retain talent maintaining high levels of engagement and low levels of attrition.

About You

  • Proven passion for leading by example and delivering excellent customer service
  • Confident and fun motivator with a strong drive to achieve goals and sales targets
  • Experienced at prioritising multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and bounce back from challenges
  • Able to embrace change easily and adapt quickly to new ways of working
  • Fair and inclusive management style who recognises people are our most valued asset
  • Skilled mentor who communicates effectively, leads and develops your team and retains talent
  • Able to work a varied shift pattern each week in-line with shop opening and closing times.
