Senior Retail Performance Manager - LEGOLAND Parks and Experiences

Job Description

Are you ready to shape the future of retail at LEGOLAND? We're looking for a passionate integrator to deliver exceptional retail experiences that captivate millions of children and families worldwide. As a key player, you'll bring the LEGO brand to life within our resorts, creating memorable moments for all.

Core Responsibilities

Lead efforts to enhance retail performance across LEGOLAND Resorts

Act as brand and commercial ambassador who helps build strong retail performance and LEGO brand optimization across LEGOLAND Resorts Collaborate with LLPX, LEGO, and Merlin to ensure strategic alignment, structural requirements, improved sales and operational efficiency. Drive cohesive partnerships to boost retail outcomes and optimized product portfolios. Represent LLPX Retail in global teams to align priorities and workstream deployment. Monitor business results and retail pilots with data and insights teams. Discover commercial opportunities across LEGOLAND resorts retail. Support elevation of LEGOLAND's role within the LEGO ecosystem.

Located within the LEGO Holding area, the LEGOLAND Parks & Experiences team drives strategic partnerships to leverage synergies across the LEGO Group and its partners.

Collaborating with Merlin Entertainments, the world's second-largest theme park operator, the department focuses on bringing the LEGO brand to life through world-class attractions, including theme parks, water parks, and hotels, aiming to engage families and children aged 2-12 globally.

Key areas for this role are retail partnership management, cross-functional cooperation, and international retail support. Strong relationship building, collaboration and communication skills are essential to elevate the LEGOLAND brand and business through continuous retail improvement.

Do you have what it takes?

Management experience within customer account including retail programs and sales related field required Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business related field preferred Proven experience in retail management or a top-tier global brand/IP Proven ability to manage complex projects effectively Skilled in navigating networks and communicating across cultures and seniority levels Demonstrates high personal integrity and a collaborative attitude Flexible and resilient, capable of working in cross functional teams as well as independently Balances global direction with relevant localized approaches Willing to travel 1-2 times per month
