The Role: Senior Digital Creative Retoucher
At Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, we are committed to delivering exceptional, innovative visuals that elevate our brand identity across all platforms. We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Retoucher to join our team.
As a Senior Digital Creative Retoucher, your primary responsibility will be to enhance and manipulate images from various sources to achieve the highest standards of quality, creativity, and brand consistency. You’ll collaborate with photographers, art directors, and clients, ensuring that every image delivers the polished, flawless results the brand deserves.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute advanced image retouching, including:
- Colour correction
- Photographic composition adjustments
- Background clean-up
- Enhancement of product details and textures
- Collaborate closely with photographers, 3D artists, and art directors to align on creative vision and project requirements.
- Work with clients to ensure final images match their brand guidelines and expectations.
- Leverage industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Helicon, and Capture One.
- Maintain structured file organisation and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of completed projects.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, techniques, and tools to maintain luxury-quality results.

About You: Requirements & Qualifications
We’re looking for a passionate, experienced, and detail-oriented Creative Retoucher with expertise in:
- Proven track record as a Senior Retoucher in Beauty, Still Life, or product photography, preferably within a creative agency, e-commerce, or comparable industry.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Helicon Filter; any experience with 3D rendering software is a bonus.
- Deep understanding of colour theory, composition, and lighting in both product photography and 3D rendering.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams (photographers, clients, and creatives).
- Tight time management with the ability to prioritise multiple projects efficiently.
- A drive for luxury aesthetics and an eye for crafting stunning, polished visuals across various mediums.
