We're representing a globally recognised FMCG business

With an outstanding portfolio of brands and a strong, well-established presence across the UK retail market. This is a business that combines real commercial scale with an entrepreneurial mindset, and a culture that genuinely rewards ambitious, high-calibre professionals.

The Senior Revenue Growth Manager role

Sits at the heart of the commercial function, operating within a high-performing Revenue Growth Management team. It's a highly visible position with real strategic influence - if you're looking to shape long-term commercial direction and work at the intersection of sales, marketing and finance, this is a role worth knowing about.

The Role

As Senior Revenue Growth Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of the Revenue Growth Management strategy across a high-value segment within the category. Reporting into the Revenue Growth Controller, this is a cross-functional, project-led position with a focus on building commercially robust strategies across a 2-4 year horizon.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Finance - influencing at the top and driving execution across the business. This isn't a support role; it's a seat at the table.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of RGM strategies across core pillars - including pricing architecture, promotional optimisation, assortment and mix management, and trade terms
  • Build and manage a pipeline of commercial opportunities beyond core AOP, contributing directly to the long-term value creation plan and net revenue targets
  • Own the promotional framework - defining 'golden rules', evaluating performance, and making clear recommendations to drive GP/kg improvement across customers and channels
  • Champion external market insight - leading competitor analysis and translating findings into actionable strategic recommendations for senior leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Category and Supply Chain to support NPD pipeline delivery and ensure alignment on commercial targets
  • Provide regular commercial updates within monthly cycle forums, covering pricing positioning, promotional planning and forward-looking strategy
  • Support, coach and develop colleagues within the RGM team and broader commercial function on RGM principles and best practice

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
