Senior Revenue Operations Analyst
Department: Core Operations
Location: Zinc - London
Compensation: £45,000 - £50,000 / year
Description
We’re hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to help scale our revenue engine through sharp analysis, durable dashboards, and high-leverage operational support. You’ll sit within the Revenue Operations hub (reporting into Operations) and work as a strategic partner to our Revenue leaders—especially across Partnerships, Sales, and Outbound.
This role blends deep analytics with real business partnership. You’ll own core revenue reporting and insights, help leaders make better decisions faster, and drive cross-functional projects that improve how we generate and convert revenue. You’ll also play a central role in building out our data warehouse foundation so our revenue systems and reporting can scale with the business.
Key Responsibilities 🗝️
- Own and evolve core revenue reporting and dashboards across funnel performance, pipeline health, outbound activity, partner impact, and AE and SDR productivity.
- Deliver clear, decision-ready insights that help Revenue leaders understand performance drivers, risks, and tradeoffs.
- Partner closely with Revenue leadership across Sales, Partnerships, and Outbound to support forecasting, planning, and performance management.
- Support and improve operating cadences (forecast calls, pipeline reviews, QBRs) with consistent metrics and crisp narratives that drive action.
- Help optimise outbound and automation channels by partnering with GTM engineering and the Operations Hub on tooling, workflows, and performance measurement.
- Maintain strong data hygiene and reporting foundations across CRM and GTM systems, including lifecycle logic, attribution, and documentation.
- Play a key role in building and scaling our revenue data warehouse, including SQL-driven analysis and development of durable data models.
- Drive cross-functional revenue initiatives from problem definition through analysis, rollout, and impact measurement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
