The Role: Senior Revenue Operations Business Partner

As the operational partner to the General Manager (GM), EMEA, you’ll bridge the EMEA go-to-market (GTM) organization with Global Revenue Operations (RevOps). Your role? Own the operating cadence, capture insights, and translate regional strategy into campaign-ready plans.

You’ll support the full EMEA ecosystem—BDRs, AEs, PAs, SEs, CEs, and FDEs—across four regions: FIME (Finland, Ireland, Middle East), UKI (UK & Ireland), DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), and Iberia.

Responsibilities

  • Gapless collaboration with the GM, EMEA, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
  • Run the EMEA forecast end-to-end:
    • Facilitate and ensure quality of weekly forecast calls across all four regions.
    • Structure and ensure accuracy of quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for executive and regional readouts.
  • Deliver analytics & insights across the full EMEA GTM funnel, translating data into:
    • Clear, actionable recommendations.
    • Forecast accuracy optimisation.
  • Drive process improvements to boost seller productivity, pipeline health, and efficiency.
  • Partner with the Global RevOps CoE:
    • Share regional insights and embed standardized best practices, tooling, and methodologies.
  • Annual planning & design:
    • Lead territory and quota modelling, capacity assessment, and headcount planning.
    • Collaborate on coverage models with Sales, Finance, and RevOps.
  • Ensure data quality & operational discipline across EMEA systems.

This position is ideal for someone who can thrive at the intersection of business strategy and technical operations—comfortable manipulating spreadsheets while facilitating boardroom discussions.


Qualifications & Experience

Stronger candidates will demonstrate 5+ years across:

  • Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or strategic/commercial roles.
  • Experience in a multi-segment, multi-country B2B SaaS environment (ideal).
  • Hands-on forecasting, QBR, and pipeline management in regional/unit settings.
  • Expertise with:
    • Salesforce.
    • BI tools (Looker, Hex).
    • Capacity and territory design methods.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management:
    • Ability to influence without a title.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—distilling complex data for executives.
  • A “bias for action” mindset, able to navigate ambiguity and drive in an agile environment.
  • English fluency required; native or advanced proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is a bonus.
