Senior Revit Technician
Contract Senior Structural Technician – London or Manchester
At Buro Happold, our Structures team is seeking a Contract Senior Structural Technician to join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary practice. This opportunity is ideal for someone with hands-on experience as a Structural Technician or Senior Structural Technician, looking to grow and thrive in our London or Manchester office.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating high-quality Revit models of our design projects
- Managing data workflows, overseeing model production, and generating detailed drawings from engineers’ sketches
- Taking ownership of models, identifying and resolving design and rendering issues
- Ensuring consistent daily model and drawing housekeeping to meet project deadlines
- Developing conceptual ideas and translating them into detailed, buildable construction drawings
- Enforcing company standards for model and drawing production
- Ensuring deliverables are produced on schedule and in line with agreed project timelines

Key Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years’ industry experience specifically as a Structural Revit Technician
- Proficiency in Revit, with strong model management and data handling skills
- Computer literacy: experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A willingness to learn new software and tools as they arise
- Ability to work independently and proactively while maintaining attention to detail
