Our client is a well-established Design & Build contractor specialising in the delivery of industrial, food, pharmaceutical and manufacturing facilities across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Revit Designer to join their pre-construction team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on technically challenging projects from concept through to tender stage, collaborating with internal teams and clients to develop practical, cost-effective and buildable design solutions.

The Role

Working closely with the Pre-Construction, Sales and Operations teams, you'll produce high-quality technical drawings, layouts and BIM models that help bring industrial projects to life.

This role offers the opportunity to influence projects from the earliest design stages, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance and commercial viability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed Revit models, layouts and technical drawings for industrial and commercial projects.
  • Develop designs for production facilities, warehouses, cleanrooms and manufacturing environments.
  • Prepare compliant drawings in line with current UK Building Regulations.
  • Coordinate with specialist designers on building services including lighting, power distribution and fire detection.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs are practical, buildable and commercially viable.
  • Support estimating and tendering activities with accurate technical information.
  • Attend client site visits to understand project requirements and constraints.
  • Present design updates and provide technical support to clients, subcontractors and colleagues.
  • Produce design visuals and supporting documentation for client presentations.
  • Apply value engineering principles to achieve cost-effective design solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
