We are extraordinary people creating extraordinary experiences. #ExtraordinaryTogether

The Bicester Collection was founded on a simple idea and a rebellious spirit: 12 luxury shopping destinations, 1,500 boutiques, and 1,500 colleagues representing 63 nationalities. Our people are the reason we win - and the reason we continue to grow.

Supporting our 9 European Villages, our central People team is hiring a Senior Reward Manager.

The role

As part of the Reward team, you will lead the Benefits and Wellbeing across our 9 UK and European villages. The role ensures programmes are competitive, compliant and aligned to a strong employee experience focus.

It also offers a clear pathway into a broader rewards role, with increasing exposure to compensation. Ideal for a benefits specialist looking to expand their scope, the role supports progression into a more integrated, end-to-end reward remit over time.

Location: Bicester Village (Hybrid and Min 2 days a week in office)

What you'll be doing

A few of the key responsibilities in this role:

  • Own and lead the end to end benefits and wellbeing strategy across Europe, ensuring programmes are competitive, compliant and aligned to the employee value proposition
  • Act as a centre of excellence for benefits, providing senior guidance to HR and building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Manage key vendor and broker partnerships, ensuring strong governance, cost effectiveness and high-quality service delivery
  • Deliver reward insights, analysis and projects, driving data-led decision making, continuous improvement and broader transformation initiatives
  • Contribute to the overall reward strategy, bringing benefits expertise alongside growing compensation accountability, while ensuring robust governance, risk management and compliance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
