We’re partnering with a hypergrowth AI company that is looking to hire a Senior Reward Consultant on a FTC basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling team and play a key role in building more efficient, scalable compensation processes, with a particular focus on new hire offers, compensation operations, and improving the candidate experience.

- Strong compensation and reward expertise, with the ability to review offers and advise on structure, positioning, and overall package design
- Partnering closely with Talent teams on internal equity, market positioning, bonus buyouts, and equity proposals
- Building and improving reward processes that support high-growth hiring environments
- Experience within a technology company, ideally in a scaling or hypergrowth environment
- Using data, automation, and AI tools to improve workflows
