Senior Rewards Associate

Equifind are representing a leading Insurance firm based in Liverpool Street, London, who are looking to hire a Senior Rewards Associate.

This is a key role supporting the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the organisation's reward strategy across compensation, benefits, and recognition. Working closely with HR and business leaders, you'll provide reward expertise, support annual reward cycles, ensure market competitiveness, and help drive an engaging employee value proposition.

You'll use reward data and market insights to inform decision-making, contribute to reward projects, and ensure reward programmes are aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Analytics & Insights

  • Develop and maintain advanced models for compensation, bonus, and mobility cost analysis.
  • Support in the production of dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Excel) that facilitate leadership decisions.
  • Interpret large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across reward programs.
  • Deliver accurate, timely reporting for senior stakeholders and regulatory requirements.

Project Delivery

  • Actively contribute to global projects such as annual compensation review and pay-for-performance initiatives (testing, data preparation, data analytics, comms support, query point person).
  • Global mobility policy reviews and process optimization.
  • Integration of new systems or tools for reward and mobility data.
  • Job Architecture development and roll-out.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Document processes and recommend and implement improvements for efficiency and compliance.

Reward

  • Validate and prepare data for reward related system uploads.
  • Complete benchmarking and market competitiveness analysis.
  • Assist in modelling bonus scenarios and long-term incentive calculations.
  • Prepare summaries and recommendations for reward decisions.

Experience & Qualifications:

To be considered for this role of Permanent Senior Rewards Associate working for this Liverpool Street based leading Insurance firm candidates should ideally be:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Rewards
  • Comfortable working with complex data using advanced Excel and VBA skills and experience with Power BI. Working knowledge of HRSoft highly desirable
  • An organised individual who is keen to learn, has high attention to detail and the ability to build meaningful analysis
  • Ability to self-prioritise and manage workload
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

The Permanent Senior Rewards Associate working for this Liverpool Street based leading Insurance company offer:

  • Salary: £70,000 PA - £80,000 PA
  • Hybrid work pattern
