About EECL

EECL is a premier RF and Microwave consultancy driving innovation across the Space, Defence, and Commercial sectors. As our project pipeline rapidly expands, we are looking for talented, forward-thinking engineers to join our London-based team. This is a pivotal role where you will not only work with cutting-edge technology, but also make a significant, measurable impact on our company's strategic growth.

The Role

In this position, you will balance high-level engineering design with hands-on technical execution. You will divide your time between advancing our internal product portfolio and collaborating directly with our esteemed clients in the defence and space industries. Beyond technical execution, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engineering & Design: Lead the design and development of complex RF, microwave, and analogue circuits and modules.
  • Hands-on Lab Work: Take ownership of hardware bring-up, testing, and debugging in the lab.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Guide, mentor, and inspire a growing team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Strategic & Public Representation: Partner with top-tier universities and high-end industry leaders. You will represent EECL at public events and contribute to our long-term strategic development.
  • Product Growth: Infuse your understanding of manufacturing processes into our workflow as we aggressively scale our internal product capabilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
