Due to continued growth, a newly created opportunity has arisen to join a collaborative global Quality & Risk team, where you'll play a key role in strengthening risk management, supporting strategic initiatives and helping shape best practice across an international organisation.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, contribute to high-profile projects and gain exposure to a broad range of risk, governance and quality initiatives. If you're naturally organised, enjoy working with data, thrive in a collaborative environment and want to broaden your technical knowledge, this role offers genuine variety and development.

The Role

As a Risk Senior Associate, you'll support the delivery of global risk management initiatives while helping to develop and enhance risk frameworks, processes and reporting.

Working as part of a small, supportive team, you'll have the opportunity to influence projects that improve risk awareness, strengthen governance and support informed decision-making across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development and continuous improvement of the organisation's risk management framework.
  • Contributing to the delivery of strategic risk projects and initiatives, ensuring milestones are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Maintaining and updating the corporate Risk Register, coordinating information and analysing key risks to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Preparing insightful risk reports and presentations for senior leadership and governance forums.
  • Promoting a strong risk culture by encouraging collaboration and embedding risk management into business planning and decision-making.
  • Managing and maintaining the internal risk knowledge hub, ensuring guidance, tools, templates and resources remain current and easily accessible.
  • Coordinating internal risk communications, webinars and community activities.
  • Supporting insurance administration, renewals and related enquiries while maintaining accurate records.
  • Producing high-quality presentations and documentation, particularly using PowerPoint, to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
