Exciting opportunity for a Senior Risk Manager at a Leading Lloyd's Insurer.
Please note London Market Insurance experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Risk Management Framework & Monitoring
- Assess and monitor the risk and control environment.
- Monitor exposures against risk appetite and established limits.
- Lead second-line risk assessments, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Track incidents and control issues, performing root cause analysis where appropriate.
- Support the development of operational risk scenarios and stress testing.

Risk Reporting & Governance
- Develop and maintain risk registers, dashboards and key risk indicators using data analytics.
- Support regulatory, audit and governance requirements, including risk reporting.
Business Partnership
- Provide risk advice to business teams on risk identification, mitigation and control effectiveness.
- Challenge first-line risk assessments and help promote a strong risk culture across the organisation.

Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a risk management role within the Property & Casualty (re)insurance sector, ideally with exposure to both Company and Lloyd's markets.
- Strong knowledge of UK risk management and regulatory requirements, including operational risk management, governance and ORSA.
- Experience producing risk reporting for senior management and governance committees.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
