Senior Risk & Regulatory Consultant
Senior Risk & Regulatory Consultant
- Salary: £52,500 – £65,000
- Location: UK – primarily home-based
- Type: Full time or part time
This is a senior technical role with real independence. You will:
- Manage your own portfolio of law firm clients.
- Independently handle SRA applications.
- Lead regulatory due diligence work on transactions.
- Act as a technical authority within the team.
- Take personal ownership of building and developing client relationships.
We are looking for an experienced compliance professional with:
- A strong SRA background.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships independently.
- The drive and credibility to help grow the firm’s practice.

Risk & Regulatory Consultant
- Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
- Location: UK – primarily home-based
- Type: Full time or part time
This role is central to our UK compliance practice. You will:
- Work directly with law firm clients on:
- SRA compliance.
- AML advisory.
- CLC and IAA compliance.
- Regulatory due diligence.
- In the early stages, work under the supervision of a senior colleague.
- Develop your expertise with real client exposure from day one.
- Over time, take on increasing independence, including:
- Handling straightforward client engagements on your own.

We are looking for someone with:
- Solid SRA compliance experience:
- Gained inside the regulator, in a law firm, or in a consultancy.
- Who presents exceptionally well.
- Works well independently.
- Wants to play a genuine role in growing the firm.
