Key responsibilities and duties:
- Organise and minute meetings as required
- Facilitate and co-ordinate meetings and meeting rooms
- Carry out reception duties of external visitors including contractors
- Work with building Wardens to carry out delegated duties
- Co-ordinate with facilities department for Hangar Maintenance
- Carry out postal duties around the business unit
- Maintain workforce list and liaise with Human Resources to ensure accuracy
- Facilitate mass email notifications
- Work with Occupational Health to ensure appointments are attended (if new provider allows)
- Facilitate hospitality requirements for customer and VIP visits
- Carry out purchase requests raising for BU
- Prepare reports/briefs when required for Rotary Leadership team
- Ensuring office consumables are stocked and available
- Co-ordinate BU-wide activities as required
- Carry out Continuous Improvement projects and coordinate activities for stakeholders in the BU
- Carry out staff engagement activities
- Assist with budgeting, monitor expenditures, and resource procurement
- Other duties as the need arises and as directed by Line Management
- Support to Executive Assistants within StandardAero UK

Competencies:
Core:
These are relating to behaviour competencies within the role e.g. (Communication, People management, leadership etc skills)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Functional:
These are relating to practical competencies within the role e.g. (Manpower resourcing experience, technical knowledge etc)
Essential
- Demonstrably high level of knowledge of Software Applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SmartSheet.
- Capable of receiving UK SC level Clearance
- Reliability and Dependability through a strong sense of duty.
Desirable
- Experience in working in a large team > 100 persons in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment
- Fast-paced learner with self-confidence
Organisational Relationships:
- Reports to the Operations Director within the Rotary Leadership Team
- Will be required to build relationships with all levels in the BU and above.
