Job Description
A Lead Technical Safety & Environmental Engineer is required to support a 12-month phase of a large-scale gas plant project in the Middle East.
The work involves modifications to maintain and increase production capacity across multiple gas-oil separation plants, power generation facilities, and well-injection infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of technical safety and environmental engineering activities throughout the project phase.
- Coordinate and review safety studies, including HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, QRA, and other risk assessments.
- Ensure project designs comply with client requirements, applicable legislation, and international safety standards.
- Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams and manage the timely delivery of safety and environmental documentation.

Requirements
- Significant technical safety and environmental engineering experience within oil and gas projects.
- Proven experience working in a lead capacity.
- Strong experience on early design phases and major projects.
- Ability to coordinate technical safety deliverables across multidisciplinary teams.
