Here is how you can be a part of that switch: Job Description We are growing our Human Factors capability and are looking for experienced consultants to deliver HF assessment and advisory services across major infrastructure programmes. This role combines technical delivery with influence, embedding Human Factors into engineering, safety and operational decision making. What You’ll Do HF Technical Delivery Deliver HF assessments across Safety Case, design and operational contexts Apply qualitative and quantitative HF methods proportionately Integration with Engineering & Safety Influence design decisions and safety arguments through HF insight Support hazard analysis, task analysis and human reliability activities Stakeholder Engagement Work across multidisciplinary teams and client organisations Communicate complex HF insights clearly to technical and non technical audiences Why This Role Matters HF is increasingly central to nuclear safety justification and operational performance Opportunity to shape how HF is applied across major programmes Exposure to complex, high hazard environments Qualifications Background in Human Factors, ergonomics or applied psychology Experience in nuclear or other high hazard industries (preferred) Strong understanding of HF methods and their practical application Ability to balance technical rigour with delivery needs Additional Information Diversity & Inclusion We are committed to equal treatment of candidates and foster all forms of diversity within our company.
