This is a remote position.
We are looking for an experienced, client-focused, and solutions-driven Senior Sage Intacct Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident consultant who enjoys leading implementations, solving complex business challenges, mentoring others, and helping clients get real value from their Sage investment.
Location: Remote, (the role will require travel to UK client sites as needed).
Key Responsibilities:
Sage Intacct Consulting & Solution Delivery
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Sage Intacct solutions.
- Analyse client business processes and design effective system solutions.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and integrations to meet client requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices and process improvements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
Project Management
- Manage Sage Intacct projects from scoping and solution design through to successful delivery.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate internal resources and client stakeholders.
- Proactively manage project risks and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Client Training & Enablement
- Deliver engaging and effective user training sessions.
- Create user documentation, training materials, and guides.
- Ensure clients are confident and proficient in using Sage Intacct for their business operations.
Team Leadership & Development
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior consultants.
- Assist with resource planning and project staffing.
- Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Support cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, where required.
Quality & Process Management
- Maintain high standards of project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of consulting SOPs.
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and audits.
- Ensure compliance with service standards and internal processes.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Experience
- 5+ years' experience implementing and supporting Sage Intacct solutions.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial business processes.
- Demonstrated client-facing consulting experience.
- Experience delivering user training and facilitating workshops.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Customer-focused with a consultative approach.
- Ability to mentor and develop team member.
