Job Title: Senior Sales Account Executive, Pressable
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Sales Account Executive, Pressable based in the United Kingdom.
We are seeking a senior sales professional to drive growth by managing complex, high-value opportunities across agency and mid-market customer segments.
This role combines strategic account management, consultative selling, and technical solution positioning to help customers achieve their digital goals.
You will own the full sales cycle, from discovery and relationship building to negotiation and close, while acting as a trusted advisor.
The position requires strong commercial judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and continuously improve the customer journey.
This is an opportunity for an autonomous sales leader who thrives in a distributed, AI-enabled, and fast-moving environment.
You will play a key role in expanding a scalable technology platform while building long-term customer partnerships.
Accountabilities:
- Own strategic sales opportunities and drive revenue growth through consultative engagement with complex customers.
- Manage larger and more complex sales opportunities from initial discovery through negotiation and closing.
- Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders, business leaders, and executive decision-makers.
- Lead consultative discovery sessions to understand customer objectives, technical requirements, challenges, and success criteria.
- Position the platform as a strategic solution for agencies and mid-market customers with advanced hosting and infrastructure needs.
- Coordinate internal teams, including Solutions, Support, and Product, to successfully progress opportunities.
- Deliver tailored presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts while balancing customer value and business objectives.
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity documentation within CRM systems.
- Identify expansion opportunities and support long-term customer relationships after initial sales.
- Create and execute strategic outbound approaches, including target account mapping and executive outreach.
- Use AI-powered tools to support account research, sales preparation, follow-ups, and deal analysis while applying strong human judgment.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to improve sales processes, product direction, and customer experience.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally involving hosting, infrastructure, or technology solutions.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience selling to agencies, mid-market customers, developers, or technical buyers.
- Strong discovery, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to translate technical platform capabilities into clear business value.
- Strong understanding of WordPress, hosting, infrastructure, and digital platform concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to develop strategic deal plans and manage opportunities with autonomy.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, product, support, and technical teams.
- Strong business judgment, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing CRM systems such as HubSpot and maintaining accurate sales forecasts.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted sales tools to improve efficiency, research quality, and decision-making.
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience selling managed hosting or WordPress-related solutions.
- Experience working with agencies, developers, or infrastructure-focused customers.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled sales workflows and automation tools.
- Experience in fully remote or globally distributed organizations.

- Competitive compensation package with a salary range of approximately $140,000–$200,000 USD OTE with a 60/40 commission split, adjusted based on location and experience.
