Job Title: Senior Sales Account Manager - Medical devices and Equipment
Location: Scotland, UK
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + lucrative commission structure, company car (etc).

Our client is a leading organisation in the medical equipment sales sector, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that enhance healthcare services. They prioritise strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, particularly within the National Health Service, to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Oversee contract management, including KPI monitoring, renewals, and variation management.
- Coordinate product installations and equipment lifecycle management to align operational delivery with client needs.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with senior National Health Service stakeholders and present innovative solutions to meet their requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation and CRM updates (Salesforce) to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with National Health Service Trusts and subcontractors to foster long-term partnerships.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Proven track record in account management and new business development, particularly within healthcare.
- Familiarity with National Health Service procurement processes and managed service contracts is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in contract oversight, including KPI monitoring and renewals.
- Experience in coordinating product installations and ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Strong commercial acumen and exceptional organisational skills.
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Previous experience engaging with senior National Health Service stakeholders and delivering presentations.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks and stakeholder expectations in the healthcare sector.
- Strong attention to detail and resilience in project management.
Technologies:
- Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools for contract management and client interactions.
