About the Role

Join Our Sales Team We’re recruiting a hard-working, autonomous Senior Sales Administrator for a 9-month Fixed Term Contract to occupy an exciting cross-functional, high-impact role. You'll provide expert administrative and commercial support to the Volume and Customer Sales teams, making enlightened decisions around customer quotes, contracts, and workflow prioritisation.

This is a broad and dynamic role for someone who thrives on challenge. Collaboration and communication will be your superpowers.


Core Responsibilities

1. Autonomous Quote & Contract Management

  • Pro-rata billing & contract compliance: Independently approve quote amendments to prevent post-sale issues like escalations or credit notes
  • Quota & commission integrity: Verify accurate deal structures to ensure correct quota credits and sales team commission
  • Complex multi-product bids: Oversee and lead the administrative build-out of complex, high-value contracts

2. Systems Mastery & Process Improvement

  • Salesforce champion: Maintains clean data, audits records, and unblocks critical opportunities
  • Process automation: Partners with Revenue Operations and Finance to streamline contract and pricing workflows, minimising repetition for Partnership Managers

3. Cross-functional collaboration & debt resolution

  • Finance liaison & billing: Proactively resolves complex customer payment queries to reduce aged debt and accelerate reconciliation
  • Dispute lexicon: Resolves invoicing discrepancies, auto-renewal conflicts, and credit note disputes by applying autonomous commercial logic, balancing customer relationships and revenue protection
  • Bid & renewals support: Coordinates with Bid Managers for complex proposals (e.g., G-Cloud 14), ensuring operational alignment with sales responses

Requirements

About You

  • Senior Sales Administrator/Sales Operations/commercial experience (B2B SaaS a definite plus)
  • Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (CPQ experience highly advantageous) + Excel
  • Analytical autonomy: Proven ability to handle commercial complexity and debt queries with minimal supervision
  • Communication: Translates intricate technical/contractual scenarios into plain language for diverse stakeholders (technical and non-technical)
